Responsibilities Include:

  1. Requirement gathering, i.e., analyzing client requirement
  2. GAP Analysis, understanding business and existing IT applications and designing a road map for further software development
  3. Proposing solution considering the roadmap and IT blue print of the customer
  4. Periodic review of milestones / targets set with respect to the execution plan

An active member of global Flextronics initiative (FIRE – Flextronics International Repeatable Exexution) to launch a solution catalog named “wiki-baan” helping everyone in the distributed networked organization to share their documents on various customizations available, thus giving shape to another global Flextronics initative (AIM – Aligned Implementation Methodology) to streamlining the implementation process
  2. Project Management for Implementation and Training on Customized BaaN solutions (three-party vendor management system to save on taxes) at Flextronics, Nanjing, China and Flextronics, Shenzhen, China
